Right of Withdrawal

As of: October 7, 2025

If you purchase products on our website that are shipped in a single delivery, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., by letter or email). You may (but do not have to) use the attached withdrawal form.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Consequences of Cancellation

We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The return must be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after your notification of cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
